Looking to get a lot of bang in one meal -- loads of fiber, omega-3, taste, etc. Any recipes/suggestions out there. I am a big fan of pasta and meat. Thanks.

Just off the top of my head
1st course- green salad with olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing
2nd course- grilled salmon with vegetables-broccoli, sweet potatoes, etc.
3rd course- mixed fruit with berries, melon.

Cook Pasta and leave to go cold. Chop some onion, pepper and sundried tomatoes. Add to cold pasta.
To this basic mixture you can add any of all of the following: feta cheese, meat or fish/crustaceans.
Toss the whole lot in olive oil, the oil from the tomatoes if they came in oil or pesto.
Serve with a green salad. Delicious, low in fat and cheap.
