i started to eat fruits and vegetables as a snakc during the day instead of my usual pizza or dorritos, would it help me lose some of my fat, what would be the best fuit or vegetable to have to help fat loss

I'm no dietary expert, but for what it's worth I'm pretty sure switching to fruit and veg from your usual pizza or doritos is a good way to start losing weight.

I don't know if there are any fruits/veggies that specifically help with fat loss, but you can't go wrong with apples or different kinds of melons. they have lots of fiber and tons of nutrient value.

Berries are very good too.

Be sure to have fresh fruits-not canned/tinned.
