Here's a neat way of making burritos:

Instead of the burrito shell, use lettuce.
Instead of meat, use celery.
Instead of cheese, use potato skin.
Instead of salsa, use pureed bean sprouts.

The result is a no carb, no meat burrito that is sure to impress everyone. I even impressed myself as I typed this.
