Strength rules man. Girls love a strong man, kids are impressed by shows of strength, etc..

What martial art or activity are you referring to or do you mean just generally? Then i can give you a more detailed and sensible reply!

Speed (A subset of strength) imho is the most important thing in MA. If you are faster than your opponent, you can apply moves which will cancel out their strength advantage before they can counter.

This isn't to say that strength or other traits aren't important.

All three are interrelated and dependent on each other........

Look at the muscles on sprinters or running backs-people who are really quick.

If you want to be faster- get more flexible and get stronger.

stretching is also good for making a muscle stronger to help prevent injury....
