Excess creatine is broken down into creatinine and this is passed out in the urine i.e. ur kidneys work slightly harder.
Take creatine in the reccommended dose and u will have 2 change ur forum name haha...

Popeye99, I don't disagree with you as I know high levels of creatine in your muscles will be eliminated by your kidneys. BUT I also know personally as well as discussed with Popeyes Supplement Canada that not all creatine is eliminated this way. Your kidney's can only eliminate so much. The other excess that you "swallow" to your stomach is "crapped" out because it could not be absorbed by the body. Too many people think that if a little will be good then a lot will be better. Your body can only absorb so much.
