Is this possible??? Please help?? - 03/25/05 02:58 PM

I'd say I'm in a decent shape, but have some really big love handles around the ol belly. Well I need to drop 35 pounds in two days to make weight. I'm currently at 220 and need to be at 185. Is it possible to cut that much weight in two days??

Cutting off a limb should do it!

There is no safe way to lose 35 lbs in 2 days!

Why did you wait till the last minute? Surely you knew what weight you had to be at prior to this.

Whatever it is, skip it. Lose the weight safely over several months and try again.

The BEST way to handle weight-loss is with GARCINIA CAMBOGIA an Ayurvedic secret from India. It's exudate of hydroxycitric acid stops the process of carbs turning into visible fats BUT IT CAN ONLY BE DONE over a span of time, not overnite. Also, you MUST cease and desist from eating MAMMALS' FLESH as well, PARTICULARLY beef and pork. If you're the heavy and sweaty type, you're probably a Kappa doshic type in Ayurvedic terms which REQUIRES that you stop eating red meat etc. Good luck with your diet.

Only do the above diet if you want do sacrifice your muscle, you will not lose fat by cutting down on protein intake (in fact it's possible to increase your body fat by cutting down on protein because you will likely substitute carbohydrates for it). If you want a safe way to lose weight, eat healthily and exercise for 4 days a week. In 4-5 weeks you can be reasonably fit, depending on the routine and eating habits.

Do not buy into mystical diets which have not nutritional explanation, they will only harm you. DIETS DO NOT WORK, EXERCISE AND HEATLHY FOOD IS THE ONLY EFFECTIVE WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Remember: "There is no shortcut to anyplace worth going".
