Morphine is not the answer, and contrary to popular belief, we do not hand it out like like candy on Halloween. OxyContin either, for that matter.

See your family doc. Make sure you truly have migraines and not other mitigating factors ( a common one is low blood glucose, so if you are diabetic check that first). If they are truly migraine and you suspect it is from a past head injury, see a neurologist.

If you do have migraines, Imatrex is a good fix.

i know how you feel i get them too... but i used to get them at least 3-5 times a month. they are not fun... the best thing to do is lay down put a cold rag on ur head and depending on how it effects you, you may need to cover up with many blankets. make sure you have no lights or noise. make sure that you take soemthing for it. but if none of this helps you may need to see a doc. ive had this problem since i was 12 yrs old. im 19 now and have been on A LOT of different med. for them... im on one now called imatrex. they may or may not start you out on them first, but it does work, it comes in two forms a shot and a pill... i have to have both jsut in case, but you may get lucky. good luck, hope that helps you out!

I would recomend accupuncture because often migrain that happen routinely are difficult to cure and Accupuncture/ Keniseoligy are both well known for curing headaches/ migraines or problems of that effect.

Hope this helps...

Good Luck.

For migraines the way you describe them the best remedy is AYURVEDIC. (Ayurveda is the HEALING ART of India) If you can't get to an Ayurvedic M.D. try the herb FEVERFEW plus vitamin B6 plus co-enzyme 10. Good luck
