Me, Eating Properly & Protein Drinks - 02/16/05 08:48 AM
Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this so please excuse my newbie ignorance/stupidity but I saw this site and thought maybe someone can help. I have started kickboxing and have been going for a few months now. Its time I get fit & healthy and also I'll get to learn to fight, something I've always wanted to do. I go once or twice a week and soon will be going twice / three times a week.
I dont eat healthily so want to know what foods I should be eating, (how much and when if you like big replies ).
Are protein *recovery* drinks any good?
What would you reccomend for out of class excercises? I have a torso style upright punchbag...
Many thanks
