What exactly are the shortcomings of both a vegetarian diet and a regular diet.
Try to maintain some self control people, please.

Regular diet? Could you be more specific? Do you mean low carb, low calorie, alkaline?

The vegetarian /vegan diet has been covered pretty well in the two previous threads. Look at A_M_P’s post in the vegetarians thread. All diets have good and bad points, it more depends on your needs and preference. What diet are you interested in doing and we can start with that one.

I guess I should have been more specific when i said "regular diet". I meant a diet that includes meat, fish dairy products and all that stuff.
I just trying to decide whichkind of diet is best although there is pretty much no chance of me becoming a vegetarian since I like meat and fish and everything.

Also what about high protein low carb diets, and raw food diets and all those sorts of things?
