Knees!

Hey guys! Okay guys, so I just started my first job as a bagger/cashier/janitor/buggyboy/indentured servant, and after about a week-ish of work, I hate saying it but... my knees are really getting to me. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

I got a support on my knee, I torn the tendons in it about 3 weeks ago, Doc said it could take between 2 weeks to 10 months to heal. depending on the severity of the injury. So no jumping kicks or fights for me for a while, my next Dan grade will be on hold till I'm fit enough too.

for general use i would go for neoprene knee supports, but don't get dependent on them. try some knee strengthening exercises to help you

Also try Glucosamine Sulphate 1000mg (with Vitamin C)

Okay, thank you guys very much! I'll go out looking for glucosamine, and I'll find (somewhere) exercises also.
