Yep. That's right. Endurance, Well, Endurance is basically how much pain/fatigue you can take before you collapse. A good way to train this is to Jog and every ten seconds Sprint for twenty seconds and jog for ten more. Take a Break every five minutes Unless you want to pass out.

Yeah, Tabata routines are good. I did them on the heavybag, too. 20 seconds max intensity punching with a 10 second break.
