How healthy are meal helps, like hamburger helper, tuna helper, chicken helper?

I find that these are all really easy to make, taste decent enough, but are they healthy?

If you want a burger just get some minced beef/pork/chicken/etc and pat it together with a tiny bit of flour, add some seasoning and grill it. What's so difficult about that? Same goes for tuna and chicken. Real food tastes better and is healthier. If you get enough practice and are smart about it, it doesn't take much time either.

Possibly a dumb question, but what's a helper?
