Total fat loss

I'm looking for a good routine for lossing total amount of fat in my upper-body - chest, guy, hips, stomach, back, sides, etc - I'm happy with myself everywhere else.
Running mostly, and weight-lifting to increase my matabolism?
My diet is pretty good (much better than it was before)

Good diet? Check.
Regular Cardio? Check.
Regular weight training? Check.

All you need to add to this is patience. You cant choose where you lose body fat from, it is a non specific process, that will eventualy get round to using the stored fat in the areas you wish to lose it from.
Keep your training regular and varied, and your diet low fat, low on processed foods and have sensible portions, and you will get where you want to go in time.
