no matter how much i exercise, im not able to lose some fat in my chin, and cheeks. any help plz???

You cannot 'spot reduce' fat deposits. Where you burn excess bodyfat from is completely down to genetics. All You can be sure of is that as your bodyfat levels lower, the areas of concern will reduce at some point in the process. Its often a bitter irony that the bits we want to lose most, are the last to go.

The first place that you put on fat usually will be the last place you loose it and it is the hardest to loose. If you are prone to gain weight in your face then this could be the case. If the skin stretches to accomodate the excess fat, there is also a chance that the excess skin will still be noticeable.

spot reduction is getting rid of fat from a specific spot.

its why crunches dont get rid of love handles.

Why this repeated use of the emoticon? You havent 'owned' anyone or anything. All you have done is ask a question. If you cant understand the information clearly stated in the above posts, then you are not even in a position to 'own' a 10 year old.
