Salad Recipes

The salads I've been making for myself lately have got me kind of sick and I was wondering if anyone here has any good recipes. Recipes should include dressings and spices. Thanks.

My mom makes some good salad it tastes like the salads at the oliver garden. I ask her sometime how she makes it.

Define sick? Does this mean you have suffered ill health due to them? What have you been having in them? Do you have any food allergies? expand a bit please as there is only so much you can do with salad, and no one wants to make you ill.
