Hello, I currently eat Pho with a little bit of bean sprout and basil leaves, but what type of meat should I be eating this with???
Rare beef? BBQ Pork? Shrimp? Fish? Anything else????
Also i add hoison sauce and this spicey sauce with the chicken. Help plz? :<

Pho is Vietnamese beef, noodle soup.
Most of the time, I have it without meat, but I like it with beef - thin slices of flank and fatty beef. I also add Hoisin sauce, bean sprouts, fresh, hot pepper, and chilli oil. Do you make it at home? How do you make the broth?

lol. pho should be eaten with whatever u like. i prefer beef. chicken is good too. did you know pho is excellent hang over food?

Agree on that hoisin sauce, dynasty brand is the only way too go, plus widely carried in stores.
