Nunchucku

Hey, I know nuchucku are technically not swords, but I figured this would be the best place to post my message. Do any of you know of any good sites to learn the art of nunchucku? I really have gotten into them lately, but I dont know how to do anything but cause myself pain so far. I could also use any experience, tips, or advice. If any of you could help out, I'd aprreciate it. Thanks a bunch!
