learning the art of weopon fighting

ok my question is what type of fighting style do i need to start to learn in order to learn weopons and what rank i am also wondering if anyone could give me some type of diffrnt dogo's and masters in the socal area to give a call to becuase i have been really interested in this for a few years now but never knew how to get started. ty for your info.
