HELP

I have read 3 kendo books and I think I have a good grasp on it. but there are no teachers in my area.

Best I can do is Seattle. Not exactly an ideal solution unless you're willing to move. But if you are, Seattle as a great deal to offer. Seattle comes close to being the Budo capital of the US.

I'd suggest checking over at http://www.swordforum.com in the Japanese Sword Arts forum. Do a search of the archives first. I know Oregon has come up a few times.

try to teach someone else what you know and then you could either practise toghtr if not try to find club closets to you and then you would have someone to go with.
