Don't even know why I'm answering this but there isn't a best MA. It's what you as an individual put your heart into and what your goals are. It's like saying what's the best car on the market? They all get you from point A to point B . Some have 4WD, others have convertibles, and some even hold eight people. So which is the best car for you? The best MA is what is best for you and then putting your heart and soul into that particular style. Are you training at this time and if so what style?

to quote sharon

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz............

do you think there are shortcuts in MA other than sticking to the program? SWEAT? good diet? passion? facing your fear?

Ok im going to pose a question for you then.

I fully agree with what the above says in regards to what is the best MA.

Who ever i am following the path of the ultimate fighting art.

I have studied a few arts other then my own, here is the question.

If you had one candidate to each single art and they were all at the maximum top peek of the art who would be the most effective fighter?

As aggressive as this question sounds i assure you this is just for my own studies.

The top art would probably be the one studied by the Air Force SAC techs that are responsible for the actual launch of an ICBM.
