I believe this gentleman is of the Seitokai lineage. Does anyone know Mr. Thakrar and what his rank might be?

Mr. Thrakrar is a Rokudan Renshi the last I heard but that could be out of date, and yes he is of the ZNIR/Seitokai line.

Very nice video and was also nice to see some commentary about the waza's.
