I would suggest learning ALOT more about Japanese history than what you've gleaned from Wikipedia before attempting to start something of this nature. Enthusiasm is good, but enthusiatically spreading disinformation does not help anyone.

Just my thoughts on it.

How do you call this "expansion" and "development" when the site is just a rip-off of wikipedia articles? There is nothing original there, at all, and wikipedia's formatting is better.
