Whats up with the flood control being set to 300 seconds. Thats an insanely large amount of time.

Yeah the flood controll is pathetic, it wont let me post this post now, (obviously when its posted it is) il see how long it takes, ill try now, nope, now nope, oh il coun to 300 secs.........................................................................................................100.....
