poll subsection

Suggest a poll subsection/forum for things mods/admin might want to know. Not 'what kind of car you drive'...but polls targeted to glean info about the folks that are here.

Male/female?
What art practice/years study?
Economic?

Etc.

We have threads go through every now and then in which people ask those questions. These things can also be put in peoples' profiles.


Why would mods/anybody want to know peoples' economic situations?

Not meant that way! Surveys are done to get at useful information. Anonymous surveys/polls is what I am talking about, and they are useful in decision making about advertising/marketing. (Right out of Accounting 101. )

never thought of MA having rich/poor demographics. any kind of MA demographic study, while interesting, would mislead to further generalizations about each other's Art style...not particularly positive for the MA community in forums. IMO
