how do u do the 5 elements?

read a book, it depends on what you mean by DO.

metal, fire, wood, water, earth are the 5 elements, metal cuts wood, wood penetrates earth, earth holds water (soaks) and water puts out fire. each point is on a meridian for which its named (ie stomach 5 is on the stomach meridian, spleen 6 is on the spleen meridian) and each organ/meridian has an element associated with hit...and hit in a certain order it makes the points more effective.
but i agree..read a book (especially one with a diagram)
