I have been taught 3 pressure points. The one on the wrist, back of neck, and ribcage. How do I apply theese?

There are more than one in each place you have mentioned there are in fact 361 external points used and each one has it owns method of activation (Hit, Rub, Touch) angle and direction of attack and resulting effect.

Given this your question is basically impossible to answer without a great deal more information ie front or back of wrist right or left side……

You need to find a qualified instructor to assist you in developing a base of knowledge that you can apply.

The pressure points I have learned are the point above the lowest rib, the veins behind the hand on the back of the wrist, and the nerve clusters at the bottom of the neck.
