to your art.

Our program is both structured and interactive, we have a class plan for
each session; our goal is to assure the foundation skills while
addressing the interests and skill set of the group. We keep the
numbers small to assure individual attention.

Classes are once a month for 3 hours held Sundays 10- 1 – the complete
list of dates will be provided at the first session which will be held
Sunday November 9th

There will be an opportunity to test for ranking (Kyu/Dan based on skill

Good Luck with it, Altough I have to say that Sieyu Oyata should get more recognition for this type of information. He after all was Dillmans teacher in this. IMHO

Good day

I am not sure what this statement has to do with this post?

Well I have heard of Oyata Sensei I have never trained with him so I have no reason to comment on him. I have heard he is good at Kyusho and that he shines in respect to Tuite

Dillman Sensei is the person who made this information freely available to everyone and my guess is that, alone with his relationships with people like Professor Jay, Professor Peruses and Leo Fong to name just a few, why he gets the recognition he does.

Unlike that Japanese he did not try and hid this knowledge.

In the end we all have the person we feel is “best” because they are our teacher.

Have a great day

and as i understand it by talking with some high ranking members of dki....grandmaster dillman learned alot from oyata...but learned as much if not more by doing research and teaching on his own...he trained with more people than just oyata as well...like hohan soken for example.

I ment nothing by my statement except wishing you goodluck. As you mentioned many people have been reserching KyuSho, I first started in the early-mid 80's when I met OYATA, I was probably at the same seminar with Dillman when OYATA first came from OKINAWA. As such I seem to always mention him, as you often qoute BB magizine about Dillman. No Offense ment

Thank you

This will be our 3rd program dedicated to Kyusho (The Dillman Pressure Point Method). The first group will be grading this weekend and the second session has completed this first ˝ of the program.

We have several styles represented Karate (several styles here including GoJu and Shotokan), Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Tae Know Do ranging from 1st Kyu to 7th Dan.

The program has been a blast to run and because of the various disciplines and backgrounds I think I learn as much as they do.
