Good day Jonathan
You have asked a very broad question that has no quick and simple answer.
Pressure Points are affected by 3 key variables method of activation ie hit, rub or touch AND THE angle and direction of attack. For example it does not work hitting a rub point.

So you need much more than just a points chart.

This is a very in depth study you have started – but a very valuable one.

I have listed some key web sites that may help you. I would suggest purchasing a least one of George Dillmans books the best one to start with is Kyusho Jitsu The Dillman Method of Pressure Point Fighting visit www.dillman.com for this and many more books and videos

You might also like to visit www.yorkkarate.com

I hope this helps
