I'm about to start a security job and I would like to know how to make someone to cooperate with non lethal force if the problem arises

sorry slick,it's not that simple. It takes time and hands on with a good instructor to learn something like that. I could tell you just do this or that,but I'd have to show you.Do you practice martial arts?

yeah,I take a mixture of mostly tiger kung fu with some karate and jujitsu.
