Hi All!
If anyone wants to learn advnaced kata and bunkai I have found a cool site on the net: here are some online karate videos that has FREE samples to watch as well. I have downloaded 3 of the videos and they are really good. It covers kata and bunkai(some adapted from sensei such as Higaonna, McCarthy, and others in Shito-ryu and Shotokan). The bunkai applications are a real eye opener!
