Translation of this kata?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew the actual translation for "Sekun(spelling?) No Ton Bo?" It is a short stick kata. I originally thought it meant "Gentleman with a short stick", but apparently, I was wrong.

Does anyone know what it actually translates to?
