I'm looking for vids i can download free of Isshinryu karate. I found one site with a free download of Shimabuku doing all the kata but is is poor quality

You will not find an abundance of Isshinryu mpg's available on line.
There are likely several reasons. First many feel the Shimabuku Sensei clips should be the only standard. Others who've made and sell their own video's are not likely to give them away.
The best answer, outside of the Shimabuku material is to study with an instructor and learn their way with personal correction.
