Why a different ending que?

Why in every other shotokan form you end the kata with Yame, but in Jitte you end it with Naore? I always found it strange. Does Jitte symbolize something? I'd kind of get it if it was like the first black belt form you know, n the ending would symbolize a passage from below black belt, TO black belt, but as it stands.....I'm just wondering why it's different, and why no other form ends with that saying.

i've never herd of that befor in my life. all my kata end with the yamae call.
