I am thinking about learning this and the associated bunkai and two man drills for my next grading.
Is John Sells a good starting point? Some of his bunkai clips look effective. The rapid short palm heels are about one of the best counters to a lapel grab I have ever seen. Used effectively on a training parter who is built like an ox.
