ni sei shi sho

does anyone know of this kata ni sei shi sho ..... it uses dynamic tension and breathing techniques.....do you know a website that shows how to do it or a video of it maby?????

I know ni sei shi, but it was never described as ni sei shi sho. If you think these are the same kata then I can give you a step by step on what I know. If I can find a video camera I'll make a video for you because it has some complex moves that may be difficult to describe.

also I'm shito-ryu if that makes a difference
