QUESTION

my friend in martial arts he belongs to a seprate dojo and he asked me if he was aloud to ask out a member of higher rank i mean with respect or honor issues can any one help me he wont leave me alone cause he wants to know he i dont know the answer please help me to shut him up thank you i could use the help i know its a stupid questio but help me please

As long as it doesnt interfere with the dojo atmosphere then I would say have at it.
