Fighting On Saturday!!!

Well coming out of retirement!!

Doing a Kickboxing Fight on Saturday for fun and a bit of free advertising in the local press for my club

Although I'm not going there to loose.

Its been 10 years since I did competition, any tips?

The hardest part of the training was finding an Entrance Song that ticked all the boxes

What's you thoughts on that

Won the fight, knocked him down twice but couldn't get the third.
it was an honour to fight him

Excellent! Glad to hear you did well. You can consider yourself an inspiration to the rest of us who want to recapture those days.

My last match was back in 1979, so I don't think I will do that again. There is this flying side kick I've been wanting to recreate. I have the picture of it from 30 some years ago. Next I want to post an update to it these days. The trainer at the gym is working me hard to hit my goal.
