I know exactly what you mean, I had a similar situation when I was 14, my best mate and I were 'knife fighting' I ending accidentally stabbing him in the shoulder, we were both terrified. What still 'scares' me the most is seconds before the knife was over his throat!

Dobbersky, it's probably a good idea to avoid lethal weapons for training under any circumstances, accidents happen. I think that blunt rubber training weapons should suffice.
