Anybody Interested In Lakota way of fighting, body conditioning, tactics etc? I heard lot's of good things about American Indian fighting abillities, anybody studied ?

It is possible, I read in a book that during battle, they tend to fight on their feet after sometime, and that they were very good in wrestling. After all, Sioux tribes had extreme flexibillity, speed and muscle power. It is very interesting if they tried to preserve their tradition of way of fighting. They really were lethal at their time.

I forget where I heard it. Leg wrestling is/was done while both were lying on their backs. It is/was a "sport", the way I understood it.

leg wrestling may have come from exercises for riding and fighting on horse back (some Cossack dances are like that), or from falling off a horse and having to defend whilst on your back.
