Remember, when holding pads and working knees with a partner, step into a good stance, give a good target, AND, oh yea and don't your lean your head over the pads, unless you enjoy punching yourself in the face.

Ha, good one. In a related vein, don't hold pads away from your leg when holding them for thigh kicks. You end up punching yourself in the leg even harder.

Don't teach kids how to do round houses to the inner thigh by actually holding the pad on you inner thigh... baby making equipment doesn't like it when they miss! grin

When holding the big kicking shields, smashed by the kicks (of the senior students in front line) THEN smashed into the block wall behind you.... a bad, bad plan!
