2008 Resolutions - 12/28/07 04:27 PM
Anyone making martial arts related New Years resolutions? Again, mine is to achieve the full side split. I keep working on it but this year I am resolving to make a more consistent effort.

This year? Just to keep training and not get injured. Longer term? To earn my BJJ blue belt.

Conditioning, more boxing, more wrestling and to spend more time training gi-style jiu-jitsu (at least during the early months). I am emphasizing conditioning for next year.

I really don't to the whole resolution thing. I'm just going to keep truckin' along and continue doing what I'm doing.

Work on my conditioning and technique for my Brown Belt test the first weekend in April.
Pass said test.
That will be enough to concentrate on for now...
