The Stupid Tax

I've decided to have a bit of stinky fun. In doing so it is my hope that it may also be educational. I a'm sure it is going to pis$ a few folks off. You know how they say there is no such thing as a stupid questions? Well, of course there are. Even more so stupid, boring, vacuous, statements from untrained and addled nitwits zelously evangelizing the martial world with a buttnugget of truth gleaned from the cover of a magazine the didn't have the attention span to actually read.

So there may just be a deluge of flood controls falling on the heads of those who, without realising it themselves, have just stepped aboard the bullet train to stupid town.

Remember if the "Stupid Tax" man visits you, you might not want to get online and go "LOL man WTF rotfL cuz why?" because it will be drawing attention to, well... I think you'll get it. Maybe not.

When a flood control falls, the member that sucessfully point out the "Stupid factor" may earn points towards a lovely parting gift.

we will see how this plays out. The "game" if indeed one can be made of my vindictive pissy mindset will be called...

They already have a Stupid Tax, but they call it "Lottery Scratchers".

I was waiting in line at 7-11, and the guy in front of me was scratching a $10 ticket. He scratched just enough to reveal the prize code at the bottom, so the clerk could scan it. When it scanned as a losing ticket, he turned to me, and said, "Dangit! That's the fifth one in a row!"

He then turned to the clerk, and said, "Gimme another, please."

I resisted the urge to ask him how much he spent on these tickets vs. how much he expected to win.

I was also tempted to invite him to a poker game.

I must not have had enough coffee this morning, because I don't get this whole game at all.

Heres the game. I decide when someone says something REEEEEEEALLY stupid.

1. They are taxed Flood control seconds.

2. People that help them see the error in their approach are awarded points
That can be compiled toward fabulous prizes.

3. Those with Flood control tax to pay can make amends by contacting me privately or aknowledging their fau paux publicly.

An infraction may take place in any forum. When one occurs I post There is a violation in play. Note these are not neccisariy violation of FA rule. VTGisms, Grandious statements, Eggregeous exaggerations of training time, Hanshiisms, And other things I find stupid will be TAXED.
