p.s.

You can determine how much power you have or test it by applying your strikes to the heavy bag. This will make the force in your strikes measurable...and you will be able determine if you are gaining or losing proficiency.

The ultimate takedown move is a shotgun blast to the midsection. If you don't even have access to a heavy bag you are obviously not training in an actual fighting art. If you want to test your skill come to The Coney Island Gym and Kombat Karate Dojo, I'll help answer your question for you.

The "ultimate move" depends intirely on who you are fighting and what reasons you have to fight them. Insort, the ultimate move is the one that works in that situation. You don't use a kick or punch against a Aikido or Hapkido master, you use a shotgun at 20 ft.

The ultimate take down move is a nuclear weapon. It instantly defeated millions of martial artists in japan all at the same time.
